1. PROJECT INITIATION

It involves the initial phase of the project, where the project tasks, company culture and goals of the project are determined, as well as the project manager who will lead the entire project and define the reasons why the project is launched. Also, depending on the size of the project, it is important to divide the project into phases, assess the feasibility of the project within the given framework, and identify the limitations, risks and challenges that we might face during the later implementation. Also, an important initial phase is the creation of a project charter or project task.



2. PROJECT PLANNING

The primary dimension of the project follows: scope of work, time and costs. Determine how areas of knowledge will be planned. We should be focused on creating a project team and their precisely defined roles, creating a list of activities and based on it to create a network diagram, WBS and WBS dictionary, determine a critical path, communicate with project stakeholders, create a procurement document, create a change management plan, complete documentation for the procurement of goods and services on the project, identify risks, create a risk register and perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis. And at the very end of the second phase, it is necessary to make a final plan behind which the entire project team stands. It is time for the first initial meeting and realization of the project.

3. PROJECT REALIZATION

The most famous steps are: Execute project activities according to project plans, realize project outputs, collect data on project performance, request project changes, monitor processes, check quality, manage human resources, fill in a diary of project problems, facilitate diary conflicts, report on project performance and manage stakeholder expectations.

4. PROJECT MONITORING AND CONTROL

As we start with the realization of the project, soon after that follows the monitoring and control of the realization of the project so that we know at all times that the project is on the right track. We make these projections based on a comparison of actual values with initial and planned values. The monitoring and control phase contains the following steps:

4. Handing over the project and asking for feedback from the client

6. Collecting final lessons learned and updating the knowledge base
