According to the Law on Lobbying from the “gray zone”, lobbying in Serbia is moving into legal channels. The law introduces a rule that lobbyists and lobbied persons submit reports on meetings and contacts with politicians to the Anti-Corruption Agency.

The basic idea of the Law on Lobbying in Serbia is to protect the integrity of the issuers of general acts, emphasizing that every person has the right to fight for their interests.

Otherwise, one of the activities of the agency that is transparent to the citizens is the control of costs in the field. The agency has a network of observers in major cities in Serbia that controls costs in the field and compares them with reported costs. All political entities participating in the elections must submit a cost report to the Anti-Corruption Agency.
